HOW DO I ACCESS MY PATTERN AFTER PURCHASE
Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can save the file to your phone, tablet, or computer and access it anytime.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS
Please contact us at contact@shopitsy.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your email address and resend your download link.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital pattern sales are generally final. However, if you have any issue accessing your files or there is a problem with your order, please contact us at contact@shopitsy.com and we will do our best to help.
HOW DO I PRINT MY PATTERN
After downloading your file, you can open it on your device and print it using your preferred PDF viewer or printer settings.
CAN YOU PRINT MY PATTERN FOR ME
No, we do not offer printing services. If needed, you can print the file yourself or use a local print shop.
CAN I REQUEST A PATTERN IN A DIFFERENT SIZE
Pattern sizing depends on the design. Not all patterns can be offered in every size, but we always aim to provide clear product details so you know what is included before purchase.
