Q. HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

A. Shipping times vary by country, but it normally takes about 7 to 15 business days for your item to arrive.


Q. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.


Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL PRODUCT?

A. Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link to access your digital product. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@shopitsy.com.


Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL PRODUCT?

A. If you experience any issues downloading your digital product, try the following steps:

  • Refresh the email and check for the download link.
  • Make sure you’re using a stable internet connection.
  • Try opening the link on a different device or browser.

If the issue persists, contact us at contact@shopitsy.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the problem.


Q. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A DIGITAL PRODUCT?

A. Since digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. However, we do offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Order: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a problem that prevents you from accessing the digital product and we are unable to resolve it, we may offer a refund or replacement.

Q. CAN I ACCESS MY DIGITAL PRODUCT LATER?

A. Yes! Once you receive your digital product, you can download and save it for future use. If you lose access to your purchase, contact us at contact@shopitsy.com, and we’ll resend the download link, provided you still have proof of purchase.


Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

A. Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information.

Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package yet. Please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is in transit. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update.


Q. WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

A. After you place your order, we always send an order confirmation email to the email you provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received it.


Q. MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.

A. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, please check:

  • Around your neighborhood in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
  • With family members, roommates, or your apartment office.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Shopitsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Q. WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING INFO UPDATING?

A. This is normal. The tracking information often lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact support.


Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A. Yes! Shopitsy proudly serves customers worldwide. Shipping times vary, but international orders typically take 7-15 business days to arrive.

Please note: The customer is responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
